Guys and gals, I recently had some dealings with Dwight, of Boteler Racing a fellow DragNet'ter. Even though my business with him was for about $150, he treated me and the order like I was spending $15,000. He got what he said he was going to get, was ALWAYS polite and courteous over the phone and e-mail and kept me in the loop about price, delivery, when it was shipped.
He's a real 'straight shooter' so if anyone is tired of giving their hard-earned racing money to the big mail order houses, drop him an e-mail at BotRaceOPR@aol.com. He'll get you whatever you need.

90-day Layaway plan with no interest.
This is how it works: You would pay a pre-determine weekly or monthly amount till the item is paid for, up to 90 days. There is a minimal payment and this depends on item and you can pay it off sooner. If Layaway is canceled a 5% restocking fee is charged and is based on the total money paid. So say; you paid $50.25, 5% of $50.25 is $2.51. We would refund you $ 47.74.
A deposit of 55% is required on all special orders. Your sales rep will let you know if your order falls in this category. If order is cancelled after processing sale then; there is a restocking fee not to exceed 15%. This depends on item/part.

Drop Shipment: Available on most items, some manufactures charge a fee for this service, sales rep will let you know.
Outside the USA (48) shipping: Funds must be secure and addresses verified before overseas orders are processed.
1) Payments have to be in the form of a:
* Cashier's check drawn on an American Bank must clear plus any shipping charges.
* VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (must have proper info)
We will let you know of the shipping charges upon address verification.
2) The Shipping addresses and phone# have to be verified.
Once steps 1 & 2 are completed, we'll notify you (via Email) that the order is being processed and will ship via a secured carrier of our choice
Most items ship UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the item(s). If your order is large, your item will ship with a freight carrier that specializes in shipping heavy and bulky items. Boteler Racing is not responsible for any shipping delays due to credit & fraud authorizations, weather delays, natural disasters, incorrect shipping addresses, incomplete information, etc. Boteler Racing reserves the right to refuse any order or shipping method for any reason, there are no shipping refunds once the item(s) has been processed & shipped out.
Shipper: Is our choice through UPS, FedEx, Truck Freight, or USPS. Some items have free shipping but, does not apply to sale items.
a) All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) provided by our Customer Service Department.
Please call 410.876.6851 and request Customer Service. No returns accepted without a RMA.
b) A restocking fee will be charged (not to exceed 25% of the value of item).
c) Items and any accessories must be returned in the original packaging with customer's original receipt.
d) The customer is responsible for shipping cost and any damage to items. We suggest that you purchase shipping insurance.
No COD returns will be accepted, unless approved by the customer service manager.
e) Once undamaged items are received, cost adjustments will be made.
f) Refunds are for items / products only, original shipping to customer will not be refunded.
